Oxley insights featured in November/December 2015 issue of American Gardener magazine

Outdoor Illumination president Mark Oxley was featured in the November/December 2015 issue of the American Horticultural Society's flagship publication, American Gardener Magazine. In a cover feature entitled "Designing Outdoor Spaces for Evening Enjoyment," the author asked Oxley for tips on how to landscape with light. Article (PDF). Mark's insights, in a nutshell:

• Use light to define a space
• Light from above whenever possible
• Install lights on limbs rather than on the trunk of the tree
• Uplight for dramatic effect and to complement downlighting
• LED is the way to glow
